Fellas… Baths are not only for girls. About a year ago after an extremely taxing workout my girlfriend made me a bath. It was so nice I thought to myself “why don’t more men take baths?” I heard from several bodybuilders that Epsom salt baths were recommended by their trainers, but the regular gym goer (unless prompted by a woman) was never suggested a nice Epsom salt bath. This also made me start thinking that in general there is a lot of emphasis on recovery in the fitness industry. Eating right, sleeping well, taking rest days. But for the regular man (or woman) trying specifically to get the most from every workout, baths are extremely underrated and hardly ever suggested. Baths can supplement your life so much. They aid in quality sleep and in muscle recovery. Adding in a bath 2 or 3 times a week will boost your overall gym progress a significant amount.

These bath salt bags that I have designed aren’t anything magical. Everything in here is easily sourced. I have tried to find several ingredients that are actually healthy, and useful while also smelling masculine/subtle. The charcoal is extremely beneficial to skin health, the eucalyptus oils pair well with the Epsom salt for muscle recovery/relaxation. The bags are $20 because that’s about as cheaply as I can make them with the quality of ingredients I use.
